Ordinary email is likewise not permitted for confidential patient data, as it is unencrypted and insecure. We therefore do not reply to emails. You are of course still welcome to write to us.

Blood tests & laboratory

Blood counts and laboratory tests. Please come on an empty stomach — blood is taken until 10 am. We go through the results with you in person.

Vaccinations

Almost all vaccinations for adults. Most of them are chargeable, and we do not keep those vaccines in stock. See the free ones →

What health insurance does not cover

Some services are not covered by Austrian social insurance and are billed privately – certificates, medical statements and examinations for employers, schools or insurers, for example. The amounts below are the recommended fees of the Tyrolean Medical Chamber (as of January 2026) and are given as a guide.

The fee depends substantially on whether the service follows on from curative treatment, and whether that treatment is paid for by health insurance.
